Spring Meeting and Legislative Conference

NLBMDA's Spring Meeting and Legislative Conference is held annually in Washington, D.C. This two-day premier event is an incredible opportunity to remind leaders of the importance of our industry and advance the advocacy agendas of NLBMDA. This conference includes many opportunities to learn about key issues affecting the lumber and building material industry from Washington policy experts and political commentators.

Each year, NLBMDA members choose which legislative priorities to learn about and advocate for on Capitol Hill. The event culminates with a day conduct in-person meetings elected officials in Congress, making the voice of the industry heard. From keynote presentations to policy discussions and networking sessions, you won’t want to miss a minute of this program.

First time attending? Check out our Dealers to DC Grant Program! This program offers financial assistance to help bring LBM dealers to Washington, D.C., particularly those who have not recently attended or operate in states not typically represented, ensuring a broader range of member voices on Capitol Hill.
